Champions League: La Liga v Serie A as Juventus head to the Nou Camp

Two of the best teams in Europe do battle in the Champions League on Tuesday night as Juventus travel to Spain to face La Liga giants Barcelona.

The Italian side finished runners-up in the competition last season when defeated by Real Madrid in the final and will be confident of reaching the latter knockout stages again this year.

Juventus currently sit top of Serie A following three wins from three games, a run of form that has seen them net an incredible 10 goals and they will need to be at their imperious best here.

Barcelona too are sitting pretty at the top of their domestic league; however, they are yet to concede a goal and Juventus will have their work cut out in front of a dominant Nou Camp crowd.

Juve did manage to keep a clean sheet the last time these two sides met in Spain, with a 0-0 draw securing their place in the next round following a comprehensive win beforehand in Italy.

They thoroughly deserved their progression to the semi-final following that two-legged victory but the loss of Leonardo Bonnuci, who left the club in the summer, is a big one.

Barcelona look a force to be reckoned with and as ever so does Lionel Messi. The Argentinian has already scored five goals for the Catalans this season and he’s 3.01 to net the opener here.
