Fred looks back on run with United

Fred enjoyed one of the best runs in his career with Manchester United in the 2020-21 season. The midfield star is one of the best players the Red Devils could rely on, and he always found a way to impress with his high energy on every single game, and he found it all in the club.

United did not finish with any title to wrap up 2021. The club lost in the Europa League, and they fell short of winning the Prem - losing to rivals Manchester City by double digits. It was a tough ending for them, but the club has a lot of positive takeaways from the season.

Fred is one of the key pieces for United this season. The midfielder is a crucial part of the team’s offence and he has been working hard to help the team succeed so far. Despite the poor finish, Fred insists he enjoyed the season and found a lot of inspiring notes to look at.

‘For me, the team's done really well and been growing over the season’, Fred said. ‘We didn't have a pre-season and got better and better over the season and reached the final. I think overall the team's had a great season, we could have achieved more, we wanted to win more trophies, but I think it's been a great season’.

Fred is part of the team’s starting XI, and he played a huge role in leading the way for United in most games. He did not slack off and proved his worth as a star for the club. He’s been special for the team, and his games were off the charts.

The star had fun in all of his games with United and even looks for more.

‘I've played and started in a lot of games this season. I'm really happy with this, happy to have been in good form and having a great season together with the entire team’, Fred said. ‘As I've already said, I want much more, more trophies with United, I want to achieve a lot here and I'm sure there's a lot more to come’.

Fred aims to see more action with United and he hopes to bring home a title soon.
