Round 15 was a bit of a rollercoaster—some folks could barely scrape together a couple of correct picks, while others were cruising through with 5, 6, or even more. But one predictor rose above the rest like a seasoned veteran reading the script in advance. cls63 takes the clear title of MVP – Most Valuable Predictor this round, landing an impressive 8 correct picks. It wasn’t just a great score—it was a necessary one, because their opponent, mitchr4, also had a fantastic round. Unfortunately for mitchr4, it just wasn’t quite enough to stop the cls63. Big congrats to cls63 for the standout performance! And hats off to mitchr4 too—on any other matchup, that would’ve likely been a winning score.
Division 1
If there’s ever been a poster child for bad luck, it’s got to be vd309 this season. He is putting up incredible numbers, yet somehow keeps landing on the wrong end of the scoreboard. This round was no different—he lost 5:4 to chi20, and now finds himself sitting in the last relegation spot. And just to really drive home the irony, he still holds the highest number of correct picks in the entire division and leads the LMS standings. If there was a trophy for unluckiest top performer, he’d win it in a landslide.
At the top of the table, strongkored is still in charge—but just barely. A 3:3 draw with Harkorede trimmed the lead to just two points, opening the door for Arallmuus, who seized the moment and is now within striking distance. It’s shaping up to be a photo finish. At the other end, it’s curtains for Kokee44 and mv1986—their relegation is now confirmed. Next season, they'll be battling it out in Division 2, no doubt with plans to bounce back stronger.
Division 2
In addition to the already mentioned showing from cls63, this round gave us two standout performances that deserve a nod. Igebotz and imarios both came out swinging—Igebotz delivered a commanding 6:3 win over dbshck, while imarios edged out darxiaomi in a close 5:4 battle. Unfortunately, these impressive wins feel a bit like fireworks after the party’s over. Imarios is already relegated, while Igebotz has only the slimmest of hopes left—clinging to the possibility of sneaking into the relegation playoff spot.
Meanwhile, darxiaomi is still clinging to the top spot in Division 2, but his once-comfy lead has shrunk to just three points, with mitchr4 and cls63 breathing down his neck. With only two games left, it’s still his to lose—but it’s far from locked in. And the race for that final promotion playoff spot? It’s an absolute madhouse. Six teams are jammed within three points, all eyeing that golden ticket.
Division 3
If you're looking for drama, Division 3 is what you want to follow. It’s officially the tightest race in the BSFL this season, with battles breaking out at every tier of the table. Yassinmanai currently leads the charge, but it's far from a victory parade—he’s got just a 1-point edge over both Patikno and B1g4udge, who themselves are only a single point ahead of Rikafip and slackovic. That’s five contenders within a two-point window.
Unlike the other divisions, relegation here is still a totally open. Outside of shogun47, who’s already bowed out of the competition, everyone else still has a shot at survival. Sure, for Omikifuse, those chances are hanging by a thread but they still exist. A special mention goes to Rikafip, who got incredible 7 correct answers, result that will help him a lot in title or at least promotion fight.
Division 4
Division 4 is heating up fast, and the title fight is shaping up to be an absolute nail-biter. We've got a three-horse race on our hands, with Spack17, HomieAllDay, and BitcoinHunt3r all packed within a single point of each other. That said, Spack17 might have the inside track—he's played fewer games than his rivals, which means he’s got a little more runway to work with down the stretch. But nothing’s settled yet, and one misstep could change everything. And here’s your reminder: even though we’re heading into a cup break, Division 4 will still be in action. So, no slacking, every round counts, submit your answers on time.
LMS
No major twists in the LMS this round—vd309 is still sitting on top, holding onto that lead but the chasing pack is inching closer and closer while the pressure is building. Meanwhile, buwaytress is keeping things lively by continuing his favorite tradition: get dropped… then immediately buying back in. At this point, it’s basically part of the weekly routine. A tasty 21.5 mBTC reward now up for grabs—so I am expecting the competition to stay sharp and the tension to keep rising.
Cup Semi-Final Preview: On Paper? Easy. In BSFL? Never.
It’s Cup semi-final time in the BSFL, and while the matchups may look like done deals on paper… we all know better by now. BSFL cup has a habit of flipping scripts and wrecking predictions. First up, we’ve got strongkored, Division 1 leader and heavy favorite, facing off against vivekdhyani1. The second semi pits arallmuus, second in Division 1 and looking strong, against Dump3er from Division 4. We've seen lower-division teams flip the script before, and Dump3er will be looking to add his name to the upset hall of fame. No matter the divisions, expect action-packed matchups that’ll go right down to the wire. These games are about form, nerves, and a bit of that unpredictable BSFL magic.
